PRINTS

All orders are made to order, so please allow 3-5 business days before print-only items are shipped.

FRAMED PRINTS

Please allow 1-2 weeks before framed artworks are shipped. As my art is made to order by my printer/framer, please understand that there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness. Rest assured, I will notify you via email with any updates should such circumstances arise.

 
RETURNS 

If an item arrives damaged, please promptly send photos within 24 hours of opening to my email. I can then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that refunds are only provided for damaged items.

AUSTRALIA 

Free shipping is available for all orders over $150. For orders below this threshold, there is a standard flat rate of $10 with Australian Post.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before the order is sent to the printer, and an additional 3-5 business days before the item is shipped. I will do my very best to expedite the process, but please understand that some delay may occur. If you require an item urgently, please send me an email, and I will prioritize it for you.

INTERNATIONAL 

Worldwide shipping is available with a flat rate of $28 AUD. Tracking is provided through Australia Post, although it has limitations on the information it provides during transit. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of your item.
